ARMED FORCES INDEPENDENCE BOWL-GEORGIA TECH vs. AIR FORCE
What's the over/under on rushing yards in this one? The Yellow Jackets are No. 1 in the country in that category and the Falcons No. 2, with both averaging better than 315/game. I think the two will combine for aout 650 rushing yards. I like Air Force to win it, as it is coming into the game hotter than Tech is. Air Force is also more balanced, with a slightly better passing game to complement its rushing attack. Tech is also without QB Josh Nesbitt, who has a broken arm. I'll take the Falcons in a close one, 34-31. Lose this pick, and I'll fall to 3-6 picking bowls. Ouch.

SAINTS at FALCONS
The Falcons won the first game earlier this season 27-24 in OT in Nawlins. Atlanta's undefeated at home and I think the home field advantage will carry it to another close win over its division rival. The Falcons have a better rushing attack than the Saints, and that'll be a difference as well. Atlanta 30-27.
Hopefully coming tomorrow: Virginia trying to regroup against Iowa State and the Jason Garrett/Dallas Cowboys situation.
