Doug Doughty saying Michael Rocco to transfer

Doug Doughty, of the Roanoke Times, is reporting on Twitter that UVa junior quarterback Michael Rocco has been released from his scholarship. Doughty tweeted about eight minutes ago the message below then corrected a Rocco stat about number of games started.


Slight correction on Rocco: He started 21 games over two seasons. Looking for a I-A program where he would sit in 2013 and start in '14.
