Bengals at Browns, 1 p.m. CBS
Cleveland shocked a few people last week, finally showing signs of life on offense with Brian Hoyer (WHO?) under center. The Browns beat the Vikings, who have a had a sieve for a defense so far, 31-27. In the battle for Ohio, I think the Browns can keep it close at home but will ultimately fall short as the Bengals represent a step up on defense.
Bengals 24, Browns 17

Steelers vs. Vikings in London, 1 p.m. CBS
Who will get their first win of the season across the pond? I actually like the Vikings, who putting Matt Cassel under this week instead of Christian Ponder. Minnesota has been closer to wins this season than the Steelers. The Vikings led the Lions for awhile, lost in Chicago in the closing minute, and was right in it 'til the end vs. the Browns. I think abnormal misery continues for Steeler fans.
Vikings 20, Steelers 17
Seahawks at Texans, 1 p.m. FOX

Jets at Titans, 4:05 p.m. CBS
Titans 21, Jets 20
Eagles at Broncos, 4:25 p.m. FOX
Broncos 41, Eagles 28
Redskins at Raiders, 4:25 p.m. FOX
Washington's season is probably done if it can't come out of the Black Hole with a win. Oakland has been surprisingly OK this season. I think the Redskins will be in it for much of the game but falter down the stretch like last week against the Lions.
Raiders 24, Redskins 21
Cowboys at Chargers, 4:25 p.m. FOX
San Diego's pass defense has been bad so far this season so hopefully this will be a big day for Tony Romo and the Cowboys' receivers. Romo has only thrown one pick so far this season and has been very careful with the ball. The Chargers' rush defense isn't much better and so that could also mean the continuation of some success for DeMarco Murray and the Cowboys' running game. Of course, just as likely is a letdown from Dallas after dominating the Rams last week. The Chargers are 1-2 this season but have looked pretty good and are just a few plays away from being 3-0 (31-28 loss to the Texans after leading almost the entire game and a 20-17 loss to the Titans last week after leading late). Philip Rivers has looked renewed thus far and is being careful like Romo, having thrown just one INT so far. Both are known as being gunslingers and prone to mistakes. Whichever defense can make the opposing QB revert to some poor habits and make a mistake will probably come out on top.
Cowboys 24, Chargers 20
Patriots at Falcons, 8:30 p.m. NBC
Atlanta is 1-2, off to an uncharacteristic slow start under coach Mike Smith. In the dome, I think the Falcons will get back on track against a Patriots team that, while 3-0, has not dominated yet this season, though they showed improvement last week vs. the Bucs.
Falcons 27, Patriots 23
Dolphins at Saints, 8:30 p.m. Monday night ESPN
Miami is maybe the most surprising team in the league this season at 3-0. Ryan Tannehill is growing as a QB, and the team overall has some good weapons on offense and defense. I think the Dolphins will be game in this one and make it close, but in the Superdome, it is very tough to beat the Saints.
Saints 26, Dolphins 20
